At Mykel Briani, we are committed to providing a seamless and timely shipping experience for all of our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time may be extended during periods of high demand.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Mykel Briani. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, Mykel Briani is no longer responsible for the item. Ownership and responsibility are transferred to the customer once the parcel is in the possession of the shipping carrier. This includes—but is not limited to—any delays, misdeliveries, damages, or loss incurred in transit. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for any shipping-related issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Mykel Briani is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
