Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help make it right.
Returns
You have 20 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or use may not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mykelbriani.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.
